Yes. Part-B of the e-way bill is prepared with the vehicle the load actually went on, including after a vehicle change, ready for the GST portal. At the end of the month your invoices come out as a GSTR-1 ready report, and any report can be exported to Excel or PDF for your accountant.
Can it extend e-way bills automatically?
Yes. When a load is running late, Smartfryt extends the e-way bill's validity for you, and Part-B is updated whenever the vehicle changes. Your staff do not have to watch expiry dates or log in to the GST portal for each consignment.
Can I send the LR and the invoice to my customer on WhatsApp?
Yes. The LR and the invoice go to your customer on WhatsApp from Smartfryt, along with a tracking link, so he can follow his consignment without calling your branch. SMS and email work the same way.
Is my business data safe?
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with automatic backups taken every day, and it is encrypted both while it travels and where it is stored. Only the people you give access to can see it.
